Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and other factors beyond our control once the carrier has your package. This is a standard aspect of all deliveries."

PRODUCT CARE: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight to prevent discoloration or damage over time. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or humidity, which may affect polymer clay sprinkles, Decoden pieces, and charms.
PLEASE NOTE REGARDING WEIGHT OF PACKAGES (Sprinkles/Beads)
All weighted items such as 10, 20 and 100 gram bags are measured during packing in grams (1gram = 0.035 ounces) using a kitchen grade scale. We do our best to provide accurate weight measurement of each product, however due to differences in scales it is possible you may see a difference in weight no less than plus or minus 1 gram margin of difference; please consider this acceptable when weighting our products for accurate measurement.
ALSO NOTE regarding weight: because we sell by weight, some sprinkles/fimos bags may look more full than others; for example if you order 10 grams of sprinkles A and 10 grams of sprinkle B and noticed the bag of sprinkle B is not as full as the bag of sprinkle A; its because sprinkle B weights more so there is less in the bag than sprinkle A. When you see this weight the products to confirm.
MEDIA CONTENT (photos/videos): All photographs and videos from our shop are original with the exception of photos from customers on our product page in which we have gotten consent to use and photos/videos from reviews that customer have added to their feedback. The use of any of the photographs or videos from our shop items without the permission of the photographer (PLAYCODE3 LLC) is strictly prohibited and violations will be pursed to the furthest extent allowed under the law.
