We currently ship within the United States only.

PLAYCODE3 LLC operates https://www.playcode3.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These terms clearly outline expectations and protect both parties.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and may not always be exact. After your purchase, the delivery estimate typically becomes more accurate once tracking is generated. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, you will receive updated tracking information by email or SMS when valid contact information is provided. Tracking emails are sent from contact@playcode3.com.

Optional Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. For full details, including claim eligibility and disclaimers, please refer to our Navidium Shipping Protection page.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping charges are collected at the time of purchase. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time

Most domestic shipments arrive within 2 to 7 business days once in transit. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Our distribution center operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.

During high volume periods, including holiday sales, Black Friday, and Super Friday sales, processing times may be extended. We work to minimize any delays.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address

We can update a shipping address at any time prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

3.4 P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Box addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for P.O. Box deliveries.

3.5 Military Addresses

We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these shipments.

3.6 Delayed Deliveries

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist and, if necessary, initiate a carrier investigation.

4. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

5. Tracking Shows “Delivered” but Package Not Received

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, please take the following steps:

  1. Wait one additional business day, as some packages are scanned delivered before final drop off.
  2. Contact your local post office directly. Your local office can often provide more detailed delivery information.
  3. Ask for delivery details and confirmation of the delivery location.
  4. If the package does not appear, file a claim with USPS.

Priority Mail shipments include USPS insurance coverage in most cases. USPS is responsible for claims related to misdelivery or theft when insured.

PLAYCODE3 LLC is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery. However, if Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout, you may file a claim for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages according to the protection terms.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please reject the parcel if possible and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after acceptance, contact us promptly with photos so we can assist.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with state requirements.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, please refer to our refund policy for next steps.
