Why do two bags of sprinkles/fimos with the same weight look different?
We measure the weight of each product in grams using a kitchen-grade scale, which provides a high level of accuracy. However, due to variations in scales, a small discrepancy of plus or minus 1 gram is possible. We consider this margin acceptable for ensuring accurate measurements of our products.
Additionally, please note that our products are sold by weight, not by volume. This means that the fullness of the packaging can vary depending on the density of the product. For instance, if you order 10 grams each of Sprinkle A and Sprinkle B, you may notice that the bag of Sprinkle B appears less full. This is because Sprinkle B has a higher density, so less product is needed to reach the same weight. To verify, you can weigh the products yourself

Will colors bleed while using your products; like slime?
Yes, it is possible for colors from sprinkles, beads, slica sand and bingsu to bleed. For slime usage of our sprinkles, beads glitter, silica sand, and bingsu. There may be color bleed resulting in your slime (clear slime or otherwise) bleeding the product's color into your slime or other creations.

At this moment, we only distribute our products to customers located in the United States. Our effort is to get your purchase ready for shipping within 1-2 business days (public holidays, special sales days like our Super Friday deal, and weekends are time when our fulfillment may take longer than 1-2 business days; we sometimes ship on Saturdays). The estimated period of delivery depends on where you live and other aspects; once the delivery service has your package, there are certain circumstances beyond our power. This is a common occurrence for all deliveries.
Consequently, we are unable to guarantee a precise delivery date; however, we give you tracking numbers along with emails and texts about the status of your package. Is there anything edible in your shop?

Can any of your products be used as toys?
No, none of our products are to be used or are sold as toys; we only sell crafting supplies to crafters who use our products to create their products or use as embellishments for their projects such as fake bake, slime, home décor, headbands, hairbows, earrings and so on. DO NOT purchase any of our products to be used as toys for your children to play with.

When will your product be back in stock?

We highly recommend you using our notify me when available feature because you will be notify immediately when we add the product back into our inventory, this is very helpful especially when a hot item goes back in stock and sells out fast! Great question! There are so many ways to find what you are looking for in our shop. First you can simply use the search located at tht top of our website.
Also, there is our “SEARCH BY TAGS” option; we do our best to tag our products related to what you may be looking for. For example, if you want to find an item related to chocolate; you can click the “chocolate” tag and get all our current products that are chocolate related... try it out.
Now, it may get hard to keep up with all these selections, well that is where our Save For Later option comes in. If you notice every product page has an “Save For Later” button; just click it and it will be added to your Save For Later! You can view your wish list on any device once you add your email address.
