We currently only ship to USA. Our goal is to process your order and ship it out within 1 to 2 business days of the day you purchased (Not include holidays and weekends; we sometimes ship on Saturdays). Once shipped, the estimate delivery time depends on your location and other factors; there are delivery circumstances that are outside of our control once the delivery service has your package in hand; as you know this is normal for all deliveries.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee the delivery day, however we do provide you with tracking numbers along with messages like email and text with the status of your package. All weighted items such as 10, 20 and 100 gram bags are measured during packing in grams (1gram = 0.035 ounces) using a kitchen grade scale. We do our best to provide accurate weight measurement of each product, however due to differences in scales it is possible you may see a difference in weight no less than plus or minus 1 gram margin of difference; please consider this acceptable when weighting our products for accurate measurement.
PHOTOS: All photographs from our shop are original. The use of any of the photographs from our shop items without the permission of the photographer (PLAYCODE3 LLC) is strictly prohibited and violations will be pursed to the furthest extent allowed under the law.
Product Production: We DO NOT produce any of the products in our Shop. Our exclusive PLAYCODE3 air dry clay is made in China. All crafting supplies are made in China. PLAYCODE3 Exclusive Mix means our exclusive mixes are our own PLAYCODE3 original designs. All woodcrafts are made in the U.S.A.
