⚠️ CRAFT SUPPLY NOTICE: These items are craft supplies, not toys. They are made for crafters ages 14 and up. PLAYCODE3 LLC products are not children's products: they are not designed, marketed, or sold as toys, and they carry no toy age ratings or children's product certifications under federal (CPSIA/CPSC) or New York State law. Please do not buy our products for use by children, or as parts of toys or any product intended for children.

• CHOKING HAZARD: Small parts. Not for children under 3. Keep sprinkles, clays, beads, planars, charms, and all other supplies away from young children.
• NOT EDIBLE: Our fake foods may look real, but they are not food. Do not eat. For decoration only.
• Children should use finished crafts only with adult supervision.
• Our factory has a third-party lab test report for selected sample charms and plastic beads only. It is not a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and it does not cover every product in our shop. A copy is available on request.
• If you use these supplies in products you sell or in activities for children, you are responsible for making sure your finished products and activities meet all safety laws that apply to you, including CPSIA testing and certification.

We currently ship only within the USA. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (we sometimes ship on Saturdays). Once your package is with the carrier, delivery time depends on your location and other factors beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee a delivery day. We do send tracking numbers and status updates by email and text. PRODUCT CARE: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight to prevent discoloration or damage over time. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or humidity, which may affect polymer clay sprinkles, Decoden pieces, and charms.

WEIGHT OF PACKAGES (Sprinkles/Beads): Weighted items, such as 10, 20, and 100 gram bags, are measured in grams (1 gram = 0.035 ounces) on a kitchen-grade scale during packing. We do our best to be accurate, but because scales differ, you may see a difference of up to plus or minus 1 gram. Please consider this acceptable when weighing our products.

Because we sell by weight, some sprinkle and fimo bags may look fuller than others. For example, if you order 10 grams of sprinkle A and 10 grams of sprinkle B, the bag of B may look less full because B is heavier. If you notice this, weigh the products to confirm.

MEDIA CONTENT (photos/videos): All photographs and videos in our shop are original, except customer photos on product pages that we have consent to use, and photos/videos customers have added to their reviews. Using any photographs or videos of our shop items without permission from the photographer (PLAYCODE3 LLC) is strictly prohibited, and violations will be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Customer-Uploaded Review Images Policy: PLAYCODE3 LLC does not control the origin of photos customers upload in product reviews on our website. All official product images on www.playcode3.com are original and created in our in-house media studio, but customer-submitted photos are solely the customer's responsibility. If you find your image in a customer-uploaded review, you may request its removal from www.playcode3.com, and we will comply promptly. We are unable to remove images circulating on external websites or marketplaces; in those cases, we recommend contacting the customer who wrote the review directly. Product Origin & Quality: We do not manufacture any of the products in our shop. All crafting supplies are made in China by reputable manufacturers, and all woodcrafts are made in the U.S.A. "PLAYCODE3 Exclusive Mix" means the mix is our own original PLAYCODE3 design. Many items are hand-crafted by skilled artisans, with details like hand painting and molded designs, so you may see slight variations in paint or mold. We perform quality control checks to keep products as consistent as possible, because we know consistency matters for your projects. Please keep this in mind before completing your purchase.
