The best way to keep up with when our products will be back in stock is to use our "NOTIFY ME BACK IN STOCK" button that you can find on every product page when it is out of stock. 

We highly recommend you using our notify back in stock feature because you will be notify immediately when we add the product back into our inventory, this is very helpful especially when a hot item goes back in stock and sells out fast! Make sure you use your best email or cellphone number when requesting a notification.

Great question! There are so many ways to find what you are looking for in our shop. First you can use the search bar on top; type anything you want to find. Also, there is our “Shop by Tag” option; we do our best to tag our products related to what you may be looking for. For example, if you want to find Christmas items; you can click the “Christmas” tag and get all our Christmas related products listed.

Now, it may get hard to keep up with all these selections, well that is where our WISHLIST option comes in. If you notice every product page has an “Add To Wishlist”  button; just click it and it will be added to your WISH LIST! You can view your wish list on any device once you add your email address.

Our goal is to ship your orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase (Not include holiday and weekends). There are delivery circumstances that are outside of our control once the delivery services have your package in hand; as you know this is normal for all deliveries. • USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day
• Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information
• If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. PLAYCODE3 LLC cannot reimburse orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding.
